For the first time since 1987, Microsoft has finally got itself a new logo.
The new logo was introduced on Thursday, and it is the first in Microsoft’s history to include a graphic. The font for the new logo is Segoe, which Microsoft uses for many of its other products.
The graphic on the left has the colors of red, blue, green and yellow, representing the company’s diverse portfolio, according to a TechNet posting.
This comes at a time of new products from Microsoft, including Windows 8 and Surface tablets.
