Connected Standby is a proprietary technology in Windows 8 that allows for a limited memory and imagecomputing processing (standby) when the device is not in use. When the device is resumed from sleep, it immediately resumes ( connected)

Famous For:  Improving power and battery life by reducing computer processing when the device is not in use.
